Assistance coordinating translation services or providing non-legal language assistance where permitted.
USCIS Correspondence Organization
Helping individuals organize USCIS notices, correspondence, appointment information, and deadlines.
Application Status Assistance
Helping individuals locate publicly available information about their USCIS case status using information provided by the individual.
Professional Referrals
Providing information about licensed immigration attorneys, accredited representatives, legal-aid organizations, and other authorized resources when an individual needs legal advice or representation.
Services Not Provided
LJ STEINER FIRM, INC. does not provide:

- Legal opinions
- Legal representation
- Immigration strategy
- Selection of immigration benefits based on an individual's legal circumstances
- Representation before USCIS, immigration court, or other government agencies
- Guarantees of immigration approval
- Advice regarding eligibility for immigration benefits
- Interpretation of an individual's legal rights
- Preparation of legal arguments
- Any other service that constitutes the unauthorized practice of law
Attorney Referrals
When an individual's situation requires legal advice or representation, LJ STEINER FIRM, INC. may refer the individual to an appropriately licensed immigration attorney or other person authorized under applicable law.
The organization does not guarantee the services, advice, fees, or outcome provided by an independent attorney or other professional.
